He will be releasing his debut album in November!  We are happy to introduce you to a talented singer, songwriter, record producer and engineer.

[Blaster] Thank you for your time! What music did you grow up listening to?

Adam Alyan: Rnb, Pop, Hip Hop … I grew up in the 90’s. Music still had that raw and organic feeling. A lot of smooth soulful tracks, and ny rap. I love all types of music, it’s hard to tell you what I like. Sometimes I listen as a fan and sometimes it’s as an artist/creative.

[Blaster] How did you become involved in music production?

Adam Alyan: I started making beats as a teen on my computer, eventually I got a midi and studied at Full Sail University.

[Blaster] How would you describe your musical style?

Adam Alyan: Genre-blending R&B! I create what needs to come out at the moment. Depending on life and inspiration levels, the process differs. Sometimes I go in for a specific genre, other times i just keep creating till j like what I hear.

[Blaster] Who writes your songs?

Adam Alyan: I do.

[Blaster] Is there a hidden meaning in your music?

Adam Alyan: Self love has been the consistent theme. People need to know they have worth and they are just as deserving as anyone else.

[Blaster] Do you collaborate with other musicians? What is that process?

Adam Alyan: I often collaborate with producers. These days I’m more of a singer/songwriter and engineer. I can start a concept and have people build on it accordingly. I enjoy working with other I recently co-wrote a song with an incredibly talented songwriter, vocalist and most importantly… a close friend. Y’all not ready for what she has coming! I’m so thankful to have people around me that are building and bringing theist visions to life.

[Blaster] What skills have you learned that will help you in your music career?

Adam Alyan: Patience is definitely a skill! I’ve learned a lot about myself and this dark yet beautiful journey I have endured up until this point. My experiences are all to teach me and lead me to a better version of myself. I have two companies “X22 SOUND” and “Flame Elevation”. Both have taught me so many skills to aid in not only my career but the paths of others as well. We are doing great things! Music is my form of expression… it’s the sweetest therapy.

[Blaster] Do you have a record label? Are you a member of any music organization?

Adam Alyan: X22 SOUND. It was founded in Brooklyn, NY.

[Blaster] Where do you find your artistic inspiration?

Adam Alyan: I draw from energy. I’m a very spiritual person and an empath. Sometimes ideas just come out of the the blue, and other times I will come up with something based on the day, week, month, and experiences. Both personal as well as environmental. Also the community and society that are around me.

[Blaster] What are the main topics for most of your songs? Do you think topics will change overtime?

Adam Alyan: I would say love, heartbreak, sexuality, change, hope and faith.

[Blaster] What are you working on right now? Did you release something in the past?

Adam Alyan: I have two singles available on all streaming platforms. “In Person” and “If I Can’t See Heaven”. Both songs are track 1 and 11 on my album. I am working on my debut album, a few videos, live performances, and a docu-series.

[Blaster] What do you feel is the best song you ever released and why?

Adam Alyan: A song that was leaked then stolen. I can’t mention any details but I will say this… Don’t leave tracks with people! Work with people who want to grow up it’s you not waist your time. The song will be re-worked for free. (And just for the fans) We can do it on clubhouse or Twitter spaces.

[Blaster] Who are you inspired by?

Adam Alyan: Musically? I’d say artists that have created chart-topping hits. People that have paved the way for new generations to be themselves yet still pay homage. I’m inspired by people who stood for something and worked hard. People that pushed through the storm and made it despite the critics and doubters! No name dropping… sorry

[Blaster] What would be your dream collaboration, with any musician or producer?

Adam Alyan: I would love to work with so many people! It’s a dream to work with amazing songwriters, producers and engineers. I think Mike Will Made It will know just what to do with certain demo’s I have in my vault. I’ve always loved his production and overall sound quality. I can’t wait to start doing features… Maybe after the album is out, we can do some remix’s.

[Blaster] How do you balance your music with other obligations – school, hobby, job?

Adam Alyan: Tbh. It took me too long to realize that music always should have cake first. My priorities have changed so much and I’m happy to say I am on the road to living in my purpose. It is hard to find balance sometimes, but I believe being mentally and physically healthy is super important. A lot of us vibrate at low levels and feel depleted etc. it’s important to stay positive and manifest. I use daily affirmations to remind myself of who the F*** I am.

[Blaster] At the end of the day, what do you hope people take away from your music?

Adam Alyan: Love yourself, trust in god. When you fall down, come back harder! Don’t live in fear, work on your stability. Be loyal to everyone, let go of the hurt and stop hurting others.

[Blaster] Would you like to give any message to your fans?

Adam Alyan: I need them to know that they are apart of me. They have saved my life with messages that kept my spirit lifted! I do this because I love it. I want to inspire people and when my music can change someone’s life or help someone come out on top. I’ll know that all the songs I have created was for a reason. My music was meant for the world and vice versa.. the world was meant for me.
