He got nominated for 3 awards in his city and has the amassed over 843,348 streams globally. We are happy to introduce you to the talented artist from Oklahoma – JAIDEN DESHUAN !

[Blaster] Thank you for your time Jaiden! What music did you grow up listening to?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: No problem! Thank you for having me. So I grew up listening to whatever my mom played on the radio or whatever she was feeling from a lot of R&B and Rap.

[Blaster] How did you become involved in music production?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: I became involved with music when I was 13. Just seeing other rappers do it intrigued me, and made me want to know how the behind the scenes worked..if that makes sense.

[Blaster] How would you describe your musical style?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Right now I’m still in the exploring era of musical styles just because I’m still in the process of rebranding and trying to figure out who I am as an artist.

[Blaster] Who writes your songs?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Jaiden Deshuan Lovett. Me laugh out loud, nobody could never say they have written for me. I write all my hooks and verses. Even the Melodie’s. However, I wouldn’t turn down getting help in the near future the only person I’ll let help co-write a song with me is my partner at TFWW Records Chefuno (President) . She’s a great writer.

[Blaster] Is there a hidden meaning in your music?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: I think every artist have hidden meanings in their music…but to answer your question yes! There will be a lot of DEEP hidden meanings behind my songs I plan on releasing in the next couple weeks to months.

[Blaster] Do you collaborate with other musicians? What is that process?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Yes! I think collaborating is the best thing I do when it comes to the industry. But usually I kinda set up a game plan on whoever I’m collaborating with and just keeping our consistency with working as a team.

[Blaster] What skills have you learned that will help you in your music career?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Time Management, Effective Communication and Leadership.

[Blaster] Do you have a record label? Are you a member of any music organization?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Yes I do, the label is called TFWW (The Future Won’t Wait) Records. I created it in 2020 during the pandemic at the age of 17. Although it’s not something I’ve just been too public about yet but I am the CEO of the label.

[Blaster] Where do you find your artistic inspiration?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: I would definitely say looking back at my old self and cringing like wow you put that out? , being able to elevate and just networking with other artists making things happen.

[Blaster] What are the main topics for most of your songs? Do you think topics will change overtime?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Um…the only topic I will say as of right now is a backstory. I don’t want to say too much.

[Blaster] What are you working on right now? Did you release something in the past?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: As of right now I’m currently executive producing a label mixtape with Chefuno and the other artists on the roster, also planning on getting back to releasing solo music very soon again after 3 years…More mature music this time. And I have a book in the works about the industry, my personal life and all. 2023 is going to be a very crazy difficult year for some people once when I really open up. However, summer 2022 I went to Chicago to help direct a music video for Chefuno & Stunna Montana “Nothing I Wouldn’t Do” that’s out now and has amassed over 30,000 Streams over all platforms in under a year. That’s out now!

[Blaster] What do you feel is the best song you ever released and why?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: It’s not even out yet but, stay tuned. 2023.

[Blaster] Who are you inspired by?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: I am definitely inspired by Kanye that may seem bad because of the controversies he’s been in laugh out loud but one thing about him he always gone speak up no matter what and I love that. But also I have to give it to everyone that’s apart of my team…Chefuno, CBG Draco, Stunna Montana and Jeremiah.

[Blaster] What would be your dream collaboration, with any musician or producer?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: think as of right now honestly, would be gang51e June. He’s just very humble and out the way and not trying to prove anything he’s just letting the work show for himself a lot of people get on social medias whining or begging for validation and he doesn’t.

[Blaster] How do you balance your music with other obligations – school, hobby, job?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Whew..let me tell you it’s a lot. I’m not just rich yet so I’m still out here grinding like everyone else trying to make it in the world…right now I’m in college full-time on campus and also working a regular job and aside from that trying to manage my artists and make my solo music..but how I’m managing is just taking it one step at a time and trusting the process of everything not rushing anything at all. I let everything fall into place. No stress at all.

[Blaster] At the end of the day, what do you hope people take away from your music?
JAIDEN DESHUAN: Whenever I do drop..I hope me being able to do what I’m about to do, gives people with the same mindset I have the confidence to be yourself.

[Blaster] Would you like to give any message to your fans?

JAIDEN DESHUAN: Well thank you guys for tuning into blaster magazine! I have alot of stuff coming. The Label mixtape “TFWW: The Mixtape” is dropping January 20th, 2023. My solo music comes out sometime later next year, as well as my book…stream Chefuno music video, Stunna new single and Draco single as well until further notice!
