[Blaster] Thank you for your time! What music did you grow up listening to?

OR GOLAN: I love hearing all kinds of music, especially Britney Spears (a huge fan) and the 1980s

 

[Blaster] How did you become involved in music production?

OR GOLAN: Two years ago it was the exact time for me to get in, it was now or never. I had such a feeling that I would be remembered

 

[Blaster] How would you describe your musical style?

OR GOLAN: You could say I specialize in electronic music, which is by the way wonderful music, but I also did a lot of songs in other genres like pop rock ballads theatrical songs and so on

[Blaster] Who writes your songs?

OR GOLAN: All my songs came to me from God Himself so I’m just some pipe for these songs

 

[Blaster] Is there a hidden meaning in your music?

OR GOLAN: I think music really connects people from all over the world, but in answer to your question I will answer that it has meaning but it is supersensible, it can not be explained in words

 

[Blaster] Do you collaborate with other musicians? What is that process?

OR GOLAN: I never collaborated with other artists, no one probably wanted to

 

[Blaster] What skills have you learned that will help you in your music career?

OR GOLAN: What I probably know should be taught in music or art classes but in one sentence I say whoever is really an artist will be published immediately because he deserves

[Blaster] Do you have a record label? Are you a member of any music organization?

OR GOLAN: My story with the copyright organization I signed up for is such a tragic story that they stole all the money I earned from playing on the radio on TV in concerts in more than 70 countries (a sum of more than 6 digits)

 

[Blaster] Where do you find your artistic inspiration?

OR GOLAN: I’m an artistic person since I can remember, I think artists are special people

 

[Blaster] What are the main topics for most of your songs? Do you think topics will change overtime?

OR GOLAN: Songs do not really have special themes unless they are temporary songs. Any person can write and produce a song, the question is will he also stay with him for a long time?

 

[Blaster] What are you working on right now? Did you release something in the past?

OR GOLAN: I did not release new songs for more than a year, it also has a lot of mental price to pay for being famous

 

[Blaster] What do you feel is the best song you ever released and why?

OR GOLAN: It will always be I am Greedy, this song took me to produce it in five minutes, I had a feeling it would be the song I would break into the world with

[Blaster] Who are you inspired by?

OR GOLAN: The truth is I do not know, my talent is special, I know I am different.

 

[Blaster] What would be your dream collaboration, with any musician or producer?

OR GOLAN: If I had the opportunity to work with Britney Spears and Madonna it would be a dream come true much more than I did in Times Square

 

[Blaster] How do you balance your music with other obligations – school, hobby, job?

OR GOLAN: The truth is that I do not have a bad moment or a scandal or a festival to live and it’s good that it’s because it’s the life of an artist, if you do not market yourself you are nothing

 

[Blaster] At the end of the day, what do you hope people take away from your music?
OR GOLAN: I want them to take away from me my ability for art, avant-garde, theatricality

 

[Blaster] Would you like to give any message to your fans?

OR GOLAN: Be who you are, flatter your packaging, be artistic, being a Dana International will not hurt you
