Rising Indie Pop artist Grace Bland released
highly anticipated third single ‘She Kinda Looks Like Me’

After the success of her second single ‘Human’ and its popularity with Spotify’s editorial team, Grace’s new record has already gained radio interest from stations across the South of England. Citing some of her stylistic influences as Sabrina Carpenter, Maisie Peters and Bea Miller, ‘She Kinda Looks Like Me’ combines Grace’s signature Indie Pop style with a darker, Electro Pop feel to produce an enticing and atmospheric new track from the young artist.

Grace’s debut single ‘Pity Parties’ was met with a warm reception, being named a ‘Homegrown Hit’ by Voice FM and featuring on BBC Introducing Radio Solent. ‘Human’, Bland’s second track, was an instant hit with Spotify editors. The song was selected to feature on three major editorial playlists – ‘New Pop UK’, ‘Fresh Finds: Pop’ and ‘Easy’ which boasts a following of over 380,000 listeners. ‘Human’ was described as ‘an enticing piece of art’ by Talk Tonight Blog and ‘utterly enchanting’ by Geeking About Music, with the artist herself being predicted to have ‘a big future ahead of her’ by In Tune Music. In addition to being named ‘Record of the Week’ by BBC Introducing Radio Solent, ’Human’ was also voted a winner of AND Radio’s competition for unsigned music and dubbed a ‘Homegrown Hit’ by Voice FM. With her two singles having surpassed a combined figure of 30,000 streams on Spotify alone, ‘Human’ and ‘Pity Parties’ have helped to cement Grace as a popular musical figure in Dorset and Hampshire.

Since beginning to write her own music at age 11, Grace has performed across the UK, singing in festivals and A&R showcases as well as at private functions and events. In February 2020, Grace performed at Indigo at the O2 as a Grand Finalist in the Open Mic UK Competition. She was described as ‘a star in the making’ by the panel of industry judges and praised for her ‘bags of songwriting ability’ and ‘authentic ’performance. Grace has also been a MAS Records artist since 2018.
